Returning faulty Products
Faulty products can be returned for credit or exchange providing the product was purchased from goodnature traps UK, within two years of the claim. All warranty claims must have a dated proof of purchase.
Returning Non-damaged items
Non-damaged items may be returned, if we are informed within 30 days of delivery. These items must be returned within two weeks of initial contact; in an undamaged, unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Items that are damaged, used or missing will not be refunded or replaced.
Return shipping charges incurred, are the responsibility of the customer; these costs will not be covered by Goodnature Traps UK.
How to return an item
- Please call us on 01488 647957. We will need to know the reason to return or fault with a product.
- Any returns should be packaged in a way that protects the contents from damage during shipment.
- All returns should include a note to include who the parcel is from, a reason for return and contact information.
